Швейцарская часовая компания Franck Muller в среду объявила о выпуске «первых в мире функциональных биткоин-часов» Encrypto.
Функциональность Encrypto заключается в возможности «глубокого холодного хранения» биткоина. Вместе с часами владелец получает USB-кошелёк, содержащий приватный ключ от адреса в блокчейне биткоина, в то время как публичный ключ наносится на циферблат часов.
❗️Как отмечает компания, система холодного хранения биткоина была разработана ею совместно с крипто-инвестиционной фирмой Regal Assets.
Encrypto будет выпускаться ограниченным тиражом – до 500 единиц каждой модели. Стоимость за единицу составит от $10 000 до $60 000.

Swiss watchmaker Franck Muller on Wednesday announced the release of the world's first functional bitcoin watch, Encrypto.
The functionality of Encrypto is the possibility of "deep cold storage" of Bitcoin. Together with the clock, the owner receives a USB-wallet containing a private key from the address in the Bitcoin blockchain, while the public key is applied to the watch dial.
✏️As the company notes, the system of cold storage of Bitcoin was developed by it in collaboration with crypto-investment firm Regal Assets.
Encrypto will be available in limited editions - up to 500 units of each model. The cost per unit will range from $ 10,000 to $ 60,000.
Franck Muller regional director Erol Baliyan said that in the future, the company may consider releasing watches with the support of five leading cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum and XRP.
